IMPORTANT NOTICES:

Hoosier Internet does not recommend high speed connections using Windows 98, 95 or ME operating systems. Those operating systems have severe security holes and issues with high speed connections and are no longer supported by Microsoft.

Hoosier Internet does not require a service contract, so you are able to cancel your service at anytime. However, Hoosier Internet will not refund any monthly service charges paid for in advance in the event of a service cancellation. The only time Hoosier Internet will refund a customer is if we are unable to resolve a service connection issue at the customer's location.

Hoosier Internet charges a $25.00 NSF Fee on all returned checks, and a $25.00 re-connection fee for any account temporarily suspended for late payment.

With the beginning of the cold season, we are thankful for knowing the snow will soon be gone. As I see the warmth leaving I know that the white stuff is soon to come! Wow - more new towers and expanded coverage for Hoosier Internet! We have completed 2 more new towers. That a total of 18 broadcasting towers in Indiana/Illinois areas!
