Hoosier Internet offers several different service packages for our customers to pick from for their High Speed Internet service needs.

All of our internet services are guaranteed to be high speed and include the maximum uptime we can offer! Low latency and higher upload speeds are all standard with Hoosier Internet service!

 

We also have a 30 day money back guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied with your service anytime within the first 30 days, just let us know, and we will remove our equipment, and refund 100% of your money, no questions asked.

Standard Residential Service:

  • Average customer speeds are between 2mbps-10mbps on the download. Upload varies but on average is about 700k. (guaranteed minimum download speed of 1.5meg)
  • Installation charge waved (FREE) with 6 months of paid in advanced service.
  • Monthly Service charge - $39.99/per month + tax
  • Up to 5 email addresses included.
  • No limit to the number of PC's you can run on our service. (additional networking equipment is needed to run more than one PC or Laptop - you can supply your own, or look at our networking services for a seamless easy multi-system install)
  • 24-48 hour response time to reported service issues. (excluding holidays)

Business Connection Level 1:

Internet Installation Options:

  • Inside (interior) wall drop - $25.00
  • Wireless Router (includes set-up) - $64.99 + tax
  • Wireless Client PC Adapter  (includes installation) - $64.99
  • Wireless Laptop Client Adapter PCMCIA Card - (includes installation) - $64.99

Email only accounts:

  • Need an email address or want to add some additional email addresses? No Internet account is required to have a Hoosier Internet email address.

 

Pro Internet Package:

  • Average customer speeds are between 2mbps-10mbps on the download. Upload varies but on average is about 700k. (guaranteed minimum download speed of 1.5meg)
  • Installation charge - $149.99 + tax - waved with 6 months of paid in advanced service.
  • With the Pro package - ALL CUSTOMER PC issues are covered under your internet monthly policy. If you have a virus or need help getting a printer installed. All covered. (does not cover parts if needed)
  • Monthly Service charge - $79.99/per month + tax
  • Up to 5 email addresses included.
  • No limit to the number of PC's you can run on our service. (additional networking equipment is needed to run one than more PC or Laptop - you can supply your own, or look at our networking services for a seamless easy multi-system install)
  • 24-48 hour response time to reported service issues. (excluding holidays)

Service Discounts:

  • Free Install - Pay for a 1/2 year of service at time of installation, and receive a free install. (only valid on standard residential service or Pro Internet Package - (Business services do not qualify for free install)

Domain and Webhosting:

  • Domain Name Registration - 1 year $45.00, 2 years $40.00 per year ($80.00), 5 years $30.00 per year ($150.00)
  • Webhosting - $15.00 per month (can not exceed 2GB disk storage or 150GB of monthly data transfer)

 

 

Installation Information:

Standard installation includes erecting and aligning the antenna, attaching the fixtures to the cable and running the cable through an exterior wall to the computer/network interface. Customer must have a PC or Laptop equipped with a NIC (Network Card) to gain access to high speed. Must be a RJ-45 10meg or better Ethernet compatible card. Hoosier Internet will install one for you, if needed, for an additional charge. Hoosier Internet will make a wireless connection to only one computer, or home network device at each residence location.

Basic agreement is as follows: Performance of the system will be supported and warranted to only this computer or network interface. Hoosier Internet will not perform any networking beyond the first computer or network connection. Hoosier Internet does allow additional computers to be connected at the customer's expense. It is the customer's responsibility to network his or her own computers or Hoosier Internet will network your PC's for an additional charge. Personal Web Hosting is not allowed on our network!

All equipment, radios, cable, and hardware remain the property of Hoosier Internet.
